At Oklahoma Baptist University, student success is more than grades — it’s a holistic experience. Our Student Services team provides comprehensive support in academics, accessibility, wellness, mental health, and career development. Whether you’re a current student or are just now exploring OBU, this overview will help you discover the services available to help you thrive in and beyond the classroom.
Testing Center
The OBU Testing Center provides a quiet, accessible environment for course exams, placement tests, make-up exams, and proctored assessments. Students can schedule testing outside regular class times and receive approved academic accommodations when needed. Our team ensures a smooth, supportive testing experience so you can perform at your best.
Disability Services
Disability Services partners with students to ensure full access to OBU’s academic and campus life experiences. We coordinate reasonable accommodations — such as extended test time, alternative formats, note-taking assistance, housing considerations, and more — for students with documented disabilities. Our goal is to remove barriers so you can focus on learning and growing.
The Disability Services Office is located in the Geiger Center 101 and can be reached by phone at 405.585.5285 or 405.585.5250.
Campus Health Services
Campus Health Services gives students access to convenient care right on campus. With a campus nurse and virtual urgent care options, students can receive treatment for common illnesses, injuries, and health concerns without leaving Bison Hill. We support your physical well-being so you can stay healthy, active, and ready to engage in campus life.
Counseling Services
College brings exciting opportunities and new challenges. OBU Counseling Services offers free, confidential support for students navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, grief, relationships, and more. Through our counseling partnership, you’ll have access to licensed professionals who walk alongside you with Christ-centered care.
