FAQs
- Can a parent or another person make payments on behalf of the student? Yes, anyone can register as a designated payer and make payments. Students should logon to self-service Banner SSB to start that process. Once logged into SSB, navigate to the following menus: Student>Billing and Payments>My Account. From the My Account menu you should be able to send an invitation to a designated payer.
- When and how often are billing statements sent out? Billing statements are generated no later than the 20th of each month. Statements will be available electronically on SSB but will also be delivered to the mailing address on record.
- Who can I contact if I still have questions? Your financial aid counselor can answer any questions pertaining to payment plan options. Additionally, the Bursars office administers the plans and can be reached at (bursar@okbu.edu) or 405-585-5140.
