Dr. Jessica Rimmer to Speak at OBU Chapel Sept. 24

Dr. Jessica Rimmer, chief executive officer of Solomon Strategic Advisors and author of “The Purpose Formula,” will speak during OBU’s chapel service Wednesday, Sept. 24. The service will begin at 10 a.m. in the Recreation and Wellness Center.

Rimmer graduated from OBU before earning a master’s degree and doctorate in higher education leadership from the University of Oklahoma. She has more than 15 years of executive experience in leadership development, strategic growth and culture transformation.

At Solomon Strategic Advisors, a partner agency of GiANT Worldwide, she guides organizations in building leaders and shaping workplace culture. Her book outlines a framework for discovering purpose through personal story and applying it in professional and community settings.

A citizen of the Cherokee Nation, Rimmer is also a frequent speaker on leadership, cultural diversity and personal growth.

Her book,” The Purpose Formula,” presents a transformative framework to help individuals uncover their purpose by exploring their desires, design and disappointments. Through her work, Rimmer guides people to identify their unique abilities and harness them for meaningful leadership in their organizations and communities.

Rimmer returns to Bison Hill this month to speak from her own experience of leadership and growth.
