Dr. Brent Taylor Delivers OBU Chapel Message Sept. 28

Dr. Brent Taylor delivered the chapel message at Oklahoma Baptist University Wednesday, Sept. 28, in Raley Chapel’s Potter Auditorium. His message came from Ephesians 3 and continued the fall 2016 chapel emphasis on prayers of the New Testament.
“If you want to be used by God, then you need to allow Jesus to dominate your life,” he said.
Taylor is the senior pastor of First Baptist Church Carrollton and Church at The Fields where he has served for 23 years. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in history from Baylor University, a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is also an adjunct professor of American history at Dallas Baptist University and a corporate communicator. He is the author of “Founding Leadership: Lessons on Business and Personal Leadership From the Men Who Brought You the American Revolution.”
He enjoys reading great stories from history, fishing, traveling, and helping people find their purpose in life. He lives in the Dallas area with his wife and three children.
