Pace Teaches on Nahum During Sept. 23 Chapel

Dr. Scott Pace, associate professor of applied ministry, addressed the OBU community Wednesday, Sept. 23, during the 10 a.m. chapel service in Raley Chapel's Potter Auditorium. Pace spoke from the book of Nahum, keeping with this year's chapel series theme, "The Minor Prophets: Twelve Contemporary Messages from the Living Text of the Old Testament."
He joined the Herschel H. Hobbs College of Theology and Ministry as the Jewell and Joe L. Huitt assistant professor of applied ministry in 2009. In the fall of 2011, he was named the Reverend A.E. and Dora Johnson Hughes Chair of Christian Ministry. He also serves as the Chair of the Christian and Cross-Cultural Ministry Department. H has more than 15 years of pastoral ministry experience, having served churches in North Carolina, Florida and Oklahoma in interim and full-time capacities.
