OBU alumnus Matt Roberson leads worship during the first service of the Fall Challenge Chapel series Wednesday, Aug. 20, at 10 a.m. in Raley Chapel's Potter Auditorium. Roberson serves on staff at the Metropolitan Baptist Church in Houston, Texas.
Brandon Guindon, Spiritual Formation and Global Leadership Pastor at Metropolitan Baptist Church in Houston, Texas, speaks to the OBU community during the first service of the Fall Challenge Chapel series. Guindon challenged students to follow Jesus' example on how to make disciples. "Discipleship is not something you do," he said. "Making disciples is who you are. Jesus doesn't call us to go and do something. He calls us to be something. He doesn't call us to go to church. He calls us to be the church."
