Eubanks and Peercy to Perform Junior Recital April 17

OBU students Emily Eubanks and Kari Peercy will perform their junior recital Thursday, April 17, at 8:30 p.m. in Raley Chapel's Yarborough Auditorium on the OBU campus. The community is invited to attend the free event.
Eubanks is a musical arts major from Harrah, Okla. The daughter of Gary Eubanks and Karen Lashley, she is from the studio of Dr. Carlos Feller, professor of flute. During the performance, Eubanks will be assisted by Sandra Meyer, staff accompanist on piano.
Peercy is a musical arts major from Duncan, Okla. The daughter of Mike and Tori Peercy, she is from the studio of Dr. Christopher Neal, adjunct professor of clarinet and saxophone. During the performance, Peercy will be assisted by Sandra Meyer, staff accompanist on piano.
The recital will include works by Bach, Hindemith, and Debussy performed by Emily Eubanks, as well as works by Denienne, Osborne, and Villa-Lobos, performed by Kari Peercy.
Eubanks is a member of the OBU Symphonic Winds; Bisonettes Glee Club; Bison Jazz Orchestra; OBU Recorder Collegium; Saxophone Quartet; Woodwind Ensemble; Flute Ensemble; Kappa Kappa Psi; and Phi Eta Sigma. Upon graduation, Rogers plans to attend graduate school and continue her music studies.
