OBU to Host Winter Bible Study Clinic
October 7, 2013
The 2013 Winter Bible Study Clinic will focus on the study, "Colossians: Christ is All You Need," at OBU on Friday, Oct. 25, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Taught by Dr. Alan Bandy and Dr. Scott Pace, the study will be in the Mabee Suite located in the Noble Complex.
The clinic, featuring Paul's letter to the Colossians, is designed to assist pastors, preachers and laymen preparing to teach from the book of Colossians as a series, a winter bible study emphasis, or for personal spiritual growth.
"Both clinicians are passionate for God's Word and for preaching," Dale Griffin, OBU dean of spiritual life, said. "These professors will provide excellent guidance that unpacks the selected passages of scripture in powerful ways for the seasoned minister and for the individual approaching the challenge of teaching scripture for the first time."
