Three Join Enrollment Management Team

OBU recently added three new staff members -- Kym Coe, Sheri Hays and Tina Seaborn -- to the enrollment management team.

Coe is an admissions counselor serving prospective OBU students in northwest Oklahoma, West Texas and the western United States, including Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. She also serves U.S. citizens living abroad.
She earned a bachelor's degree from OBU in 2003. She previously served as an English-as-a-Second-Language instructor for The Language Company. She was a consultant teaching the "True Love Waits" abstinence program for LifeWay Christian Resources in Malawi and Swaziland, and she served as a representative with the International Mission Board teaching the same program, also overseas. She was a mathematics specialist for the Conway Public Schools.
Hays is an admissions counselor serving students transferring to OBU. She earned a bachelor's degree from OBU in 1990, having completed an associate's degree from Seminole State College in Seminole, Okla. She earned a certification in Business Foundations from the Oklahoma State Department of Education.
She previously served as deputy compact administrator for the Department of Human Services (DHS) in Oklahoma City. Also with DHS, she was a supervisor for child welfare and social service programs and a social service specialist. Her memberships include the Pottawatomie County Child Abuse Team, the Drug Endangered Children Task Force team, System of Care, Oklahoma Marriage Initiative and United Way -- Success by Six.
Tina Seaborn is the administrative assistant to the dean of enrollment management. She previously served with Shawnee Public Schools as secretary to the athletic director and secretary in the Shawnee High School main office. She attended Rose State College in Midwest City, Okla.
