College Players Presents 'How Things Happen in Three!'

OBU's College Players presents "How Things Happen in Three!" a comedy of colorful characters who bring to life familiar nursery rhymes, fables and fairy tales depicting the recurring number of three.
The play will be presented Friday, April 20, at 7 p.m. and Saturday, April 21, at 1:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. All performances will be presented in OBU's Craig-Dorland Theatre located in Shawnee Hall. The production is appreciated by all ages of audience members who enjoy fairy tales, fables and imagination.
"How Things Happen in Three!" is directed by OBU student JemiJean Jones, a junior from Del City, Okla. The play is written by Tom Behm and Rose Marie Cooper. The OBU presentation is produced by Cylie Hall, a senior from Norman, Okla.
The production's cast includes Sadie Barrett, a junior theatre major from Greeley, Colo.; Haleigh Hamil, a senior elementary education major from Tulsa, Okla.; Justine Kirby, a junior interdisciplinary major from McLoud, Okla.; Julie Studstill, a freshman theatre major from Arlington, Texas; Bethany McWilliams, a freshman nursing major from Shawnee; Emily Bane, a freshman theatre major from Cortez, Colo.; Tim Frymire, a sophomore business management major from Lava Hot Springs, Idaho; and Andy Copeland, a freshman philosophy major from Sand Springs, Okla.
Tickets can be purchased by calling the OBU Box Office at (405) 878-2347 or visiting the box office located in OBU's Sarkeys Telecommunication Center. Tickets are $5 for adults, $2 for students and children, and free for children under age 2.
College Players is a campus organization open to theater and non-theater majors and focuses on promoting creativity, performance and originality. College Players annually produces two Evening of Entertainment productions which range from variety shows to full-length plays.
