OBU Theatre Auditions Set for Feb. 13

Area residents are invited to OBU Theatre auditions for Smoke on the Mountain on Sunday, Feb. 13, from 2-4 p.m. in Raley Chapel Room 142 on the OBU campus. The production will run April 14-17 on the OBU campus.

All OBU students, faculty, staff and area residents are welcome to audition. Roles will be cast for male and female characters, ages 15-65.

The musical, written by Alan Bailey and Connie Ray, is set at a Baptist Church in Mount Pleasant, N.C., in 1938. It includes hymns, songs and humorous stories presented in a Saturday night Gospel service at the church.
