Thompson to Perform Junior Piano Recital

Monetta Nicole Thompson, an Oklahoma Baptist University junior piano performance major, will present her junior recital Sunday, May 10, at 4:30 p.m. in Raley Chapel's Yarborough Auditorium. The public is invited to attend.

The Ardmore, Okla., resident is the daughter of Randall and Annette Thompson. She is from the studio of Sandra Meyer, OBU associate professor of music.

The recital will feature musical selections by Copland, Rachmaninoff, Mozart, and Debussy.

During her time on Bison Hill, Thompson has been named to the president's honor roll. Thompson is the vice president for the Alpha Eta chapter of Sigma Alpha Iota, as well as a member of Phi Eta Sigma.

The audience is invited to a reception following the recital.
