Poet Karen Swenson Visits OBU

Award-winning poet Karen Swenson speaks to a class at Oklahoma Baptist University on Monday, Feb. 9, as part of the Woodrow Wilson National Fellowship Foundation, a program which helps bring professionals to private liberal arts universities for a week. Swenson will be featured in two OBU events open to the public: a lecture titled, "Tibet: The Sacred Mountain," on Wednesday, Feb. 11, at 4 p.m. in the Mabee Learning Center auditorium; and a poetry reading on Thursday, Feb. 12, at 6 p.m. in the Bailey Business Center auditorium.
