McCavitt Picked for All-Star Game

Former Bison baseball closer Jordan McCavitt has been selected for the Continental Baseball League All-Star Game.
McCavitt, in 11 appearances for the Texarkana Gunslingers, is 5-2 with a 2.70 earned run average. He has 25 strikeouts and three walks in 26.2 innings of work.
McCavitt finished off his senior season at OBU as the team's closer and tied a school record with 33 appearances on the season. He was 8-2 with a 3.23 earned run average, leading the team in both ERA and wins.
He also had three saves.
McCavitt was the All-Sooner Athletic Conference and All-NAIA Region VI relief pitcher.
