OBU got a home run and two RBI from Josh Collazo in the first game, leaving him one home run and one RBI shy of tying the school record for single season totals in each category.

The dinger came in a three-run first inning that also included an RBI single by Cody Lambeth.

The Knights made it 3-1 in the fifth, but OBU answered in its half of the inning with three runs, including a two-run homer by Chris Chambers (his eighth) and an RBI single by Billy Thomas.

Brent Robison pitched five innings to improve to 5-0 on the season, fanning seven and allowing five hits.

Thomas had three hits and Lambeth two to pace the nine-hit attack.

The Bison cruised to a 17-2 win in the second game with Spencer Hylander (3-0) picking up the win.

OBU opened with an eight-run first inning that included a three-run triple by Christian Ruiz in his first game back in the lineup after a broken finger. The Bison also had a two-run home run by Keith Johnson while Kyle Cooper produced both a two-run single and an RBI double in the inning.

Cooper singled in another run to make it 9-1 in the second.

After NU got a run in the top of the third, the Bison removed all doubt with a second eight-run inning in the bottom of the inning.

Cooper had a two-run single, Josh Kirkpatrick doubled in two more, Chambers and Ruiz had RBI singles and another run scored on a ground out by Mason Reilly.

The Bison had 16 hits in the game, including four by Cooper, who finished with six RBI in the game. Kirkpatrick had three hits and Thomas, Ruiz and Johnson had two each.
