Bison Sixth at UST Texas Intercollegiate

The Bison men's golf team of Oklahoma Baptist University finished sixth in the UST Texas Intercollegiate at Hawks Creek Golf Club in Fort Worth, Texas last week.
OBU tied Southwestern College (Kan.) at 613 with the Bison shooting a 298 in the first round, followed by a 315.
Alex Hamilton was OBU's top performer in 13th place, firing a 72 and a 76 for a four-over-par 148.
Arnaud Cotton was 30th with a 154, shooting 76 and 78. Mark Richards took 37th with a 76 and an 80 for 156. Zac Rawls finished 42nd with a 76-81 for 157.
Also for the Bison, Michael Allen shot 78 and 80 for a 46th-place 158, while Jason Carpenter's 161 (74-87) was good enough for 51st.
The next action for the OBU men is April 7-8 when the Shawnee Country Club hosts the Bison Invitational. Both the men's and women's teams will be competing.
