The women's version of the Holy War on MacArthur Street was a scorching as OBU rolled to a 73-46 win at St. Gregory's Thursday.
The Lady Bison won the rebound battled 39-26.
OBU never trailed and led for the last 33:37 after St. Gregory's forged a 12-12 tie with 14:06 to play.
The Lady Bison had a three-point lead before Keely Tolin, playing in her first conference game after a wrist injury, scored five points in a half-ending 10-0 run to take a 33-20 lead at intermission.
Jennifer Jupin scored eight points in a 13-6 run to give OBU a 62-41 bulge at the 4:39 mark.
A young Lady Bison lineup closed the game on an 11-2 run with five points from Kristin Anderson, four from Jessi Donnel and two by Jayme Glover to make the final margin the largest gap in the game.
Jupin led the Lady Bison with 20 points, while Tolin scored 10.
OBU (10-7, 4-3) will play at Oklahoma City Saturday at 6 p.m.
