Men's Golf Seventh in Colorado

Oklahoma Baptist University's men's golf team finished seventh at the Peaks Classic in LaVeta, Colo.

A second-round 338 probably cost the Bison a top five finish, as OBU fired off rounds of 325 and 321 in the first and third rounds.

Josh Bryan led the Bison with a sixth-place 229, which ironically included a 72 in the second round.

Marc Johnson was 22nd at 245, followed by Mark Richards at 251 in 31st place. Teal Twaddle was 39th at 261 with Jason Carpenter in 40th at 266.
