OBU Times Set for SAC Tournament

OBU will have comfortable game times in the first round of the SAC Tournament with the Bison playing at 8 p.m. Thursday night against John Brown while the OBU women play at 6 p.m. Friday against Lubbock Christian.

The Joe Cooper Ford of Shawnee Sooner Athletic Conference Tournament is being played in the Noble Complex this season.

Action begins at 2 p.m. Thursday with the Lubbock Christian men playing USAO. The rest of the men's quarterfinal games are played at 4 p.m. (Oklahoma City vs. Northwestern), 6 p.m. (Oklahoma Christian vs. St. Gregory's) and 8 p.m. (Bison vs. John Brown).

Should OBU win, they will play at 1 p.m. Saturday against the Lubbock Christian-USAO winner. The men's championship is at 7:30 p.m. Monday, March 7.

The women's quarterfinals begin at 2 p.m. Friday with Oklahoma City playing St. Gregory's, followed by Oklahoma Christian and John Brown at 4 p.m. After the OBU game at 6 p.m., Southern Nazarene plays Wayland Baptist at 8 p.m.

An OBU win in that women's game would put them into the semifinals at 6 p.m. against the OCU-SGU winner.

The women's championship is at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 8.
