OBU Women Drive Home RBI 77-32

Oklahoma Baptist University's ninth- ranked Lady Bison basketball team drove home Rhema Bible Institute 77-32 Tuesday night.
The OBU women outscored RBI 41-12 in the second half with five players reaching double figures, led by Priscila Alves with 17. Alves also had five steals and four assists. Layla Schwarz had 10 points and 12 rebounds.
Rachel Heins had 12 points and Tabetha Eaton and Kelli Welborn added 11 apiece.
OBU trailed 6-0 before Schwarz scored off a feed from Alves and then OBU employed its full court pressure and continued on a 13-3 run for a 13-9 lead with Heins scoring seven points.
The Eagles took the lead back with a 6-0 run, 15-13, but OBU outscored Rhema the rest of the half, 23-5, for a 36-30 halftime advantage.
The OBU women opened the second half with a 27-2 run, not allowing a second half RBI field goal until the 6:36 mark of the game.
Keely Tolin canned a three-pointer to give OBU it's biggest lead at the final 77-32 margin.
