Bison Rally for Overtime Win Against William Jewell

Trailing by 15 early in the second half, OBU rallied by shooting 61 percent from the field in the final 20 minutes of regulation and overtime to claim a 97-92 victory over William Jewell in the CAM-JAM Classic at College of the Ozarks.

Jewell, ranked second in NAIA Division II, had a chance to win with the game tied at 76-76 with 26 seconds left in regulation, but could not score.

The Bison scored 21 points in the overtime to move to 8-1 on the season.

Leonard Mosley led the Bison with 22 points, followed by Frank Benson with 19, Robert Hart with 15, Justin Benson with 14 and Mike Fraser with 12. Hart also had nine assists.

The Bison play College of the Ozarks at 7:30 p.m. Saturday.
