Bison Crush Dallas Christian

With a rare display of balance, Oklahoma Baptist cruised past Dallas Christian 105-76 Saturday afternoon.
Five Bison reached double figures in scoring, including four who reached 20 points in the game. Leonard Mosley led OBU with 21 points, followed by Robert Hart, Frank Benson and Andrew Bryant, all with 20 points each.
Mike Fraser had 11 points and 14 rebounds. Bryant also had a double-double with 10 boards.
The Bison cruised in the first half, hitting 66 percent from the field. OBU used several short 4-0 and 6-0 runs to build a 33-23 lead with 9:25 left in the half. The hosts then closed out the half with a 14-5 run for a 58-33 halftime advantage.
The Crusaders got as close as 22 points with 6:52 left in the game, but never threatened the Bison. OBU went on a 12-0 run with seven points by Mosley to take a 102-65 lead with 2:36 to play. The lead peaked at 38 points, 105-67, on a three-pointer by Bryant with 98 seconds to play.
OBU improved to 11-1 for the season. They will be idle until Dec. 31, when they host Hillsdale Free Will Baptist College at 6 p.m.
