Heins Named SAC Player of the Week

Rachel Heins has been named Sooner Athletic Conference Basketball Players of the Week for Nov. 14-20.

Heins, a 5-10 sophomore forward from Shawnee, Okla., came off the bench to average 18 points and four rebounds to lead OBU to a 3-0 week, including a 61-58 win at No. 13 Columbia College. Heins scored 16 points in that game and posted a career-high 24 points in an 86-52 win over University of the Ozarks.

She shot 60 percent from the field for the week.
