Bison Roll Past Arkansas Baptist

Oklahoma Baptist moved to 5-1 Saturday night with win a 101-74 victory over Arkansas Baptist.
Frank Benson led all scorers for the second straight night with 22 points. Benson had 20 points Friday night against Messenger College. Benson just missed a double-double by one rebound as he had nine boards.
Andrew Bryant got his second straight double-double as he scored 16 points and grabbed 12 rebounds.
Robert Hart had 18 for the Bison and dished out six assists. Tyler Ryan hit three shots from three-point range on a 13-point performance. Ryan also pulled in seven rebounds.
Leonard Mosley and Bailey Jones were the only other Bison in double figures. Mosley scored 11 points while Jones scored 10.
OBU started off the game with an 8-0 run and took their lead out to 11 mid way through the first half after Hart hit a two pointer to make the score 31-20.
The Bison took their biggest lead in the first half after Bryant hit three straight field goals in a 6-0 run to take a 54-32 lead with just 1:41 to play in the first half.
OBU carried a 58-37 lead into the half.
The Buffaloes almost stayed even with OBU in the second half as the Bison outscored ABU 43-37 in the second half.
OBU will next play after the Thanksgiving holiday Nov. 26 and 27 when the Bison host Central Baptist the 26th and Houston Baptist the 27th.
