OBU Names Directors of Admissions, Financial Services

Oklahoma Baptist University has added a director of admissions and a director of student financial services for the 2004-05 academic year.
G. Scott Douglas will fill the position of director of admissions with Bobby Womack taking over as director of student financial services.
Douglas comes to OBU from Hannibal-LaGrange College, where he was director of development since 2002. He also served as associate director of admissions at HLC from 1999-2002 after completing five years as an admissions representative for the college. He earned a bachelor's degree in speech communication from HLC and is working toward a master's degree from William Woods University.
Womack comes to OBU from Wayland Baptist University, where he has been director of student financial aid since 2001. He has served in similar positions at LeTourneau University and Williams Baptist College. He was assistant director of student financial aid at the University of Central Arkansas and has 17 years of experience in the field.
Womack graduated with a bachelor's degree from the State College of Arkansas in 1969 and earned a master's degree from UCA in 1981.
